This policy explains what personal information AhamStree ("we", "us") collects when you use www.ahamstree.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Account & contact details: name, email address, and phone number, when you create an account, sign in (including with Google), save a profile, or check out as a guest.
Shipping details: delivery address and pincode, provided at checkout, used to ship your order and to check delivery estimates.
Order information: the products you buy, order value, and order status/history.
Payment information: we do not collect or store your card, UPI, or netbanking details ourselves — payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment processor, under its own privacy and security practices.
Return evidence: if you request a return for a manufacturing defect, the photos you upload as evidence.
Usage data: pages viewed, general device/browser information, and site interactions, collected automatically via Google Analytics (see Cookies below).
To process and ship your orders and invoices; to communicate with you about an order, a return, or a support request; to prevent fraud and abuse (for example, limiting repeated misuse of a discount code); to improve the site based on aggregate usage patterns; and to comply with tax and legal record-keeping requirements (for example, GST invoicing).
We share only what's needed to fulfil your order, with: Razorpay (to process payment), Shiprocket and its courier partners (to ship your order and provide tracking — this includes your name, phone, and delivery address), Supabase (our database and authentication provider, which stores your account and order data on our behalf), and Google (for Google Analytics, and for Google Sign-In if you choose to use it). We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or other third parties.

We keep order and invoice records for as long as required under Indian tax and accounting law. Account information is kept while your account is active; you can ask us to delete it as described below, subject to what we're legally required to retain (for example, completed order/invoice records).
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask what we hold, by reaching out through our Contact Us page. You can also update your name, phone, and address yourself at any time from your account's Profile page.
We rely on our providers' security controls (Supabase for data storage and authentication, Razorpay for payment processing) rather than handling sensitive data like passwords or card numbers ourselves in plain text. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
