Because each saree is handwoven, we're not able to accept returns for reasons like sizing or a change of mind. If your order arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, we're happy to make it right — see our Returns & Cancellations page for how to raise it.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and UPI via Razorpay's secure checkout. Payment is required to confirm your order, and your card or UPI details are handled directly by Razorpay — we never see or store them.
Handloom sarees are best preserved with a gentle dry clean, especially for silk and silk-blend weaves. Store folded in a breathable cloth away from direct sunlight, and refold along different lines occasionally to avoid permanent creasing. Slight variation in colour, weave, or texture between pieces is natural to handloom fabric and part of what makes each saree unique.
Our sarees are woven to the traditional length of approximately 6 yards (5.5 m), paired with an unstitched blouse piece unless the product listing says otherwise. Exact details for each saree are listed on its product page.
